8. Security Management (Pre-requisite for Withdrawals)

Security options must be enabled before initiating withdrawals.

8.1. Go to Manage Account, then navigate to Security.

8.2. Enable Security Options: A minimum of one option is mandatory.     

    8.2.1. Phone Verification: Sends an OTP to your phone number.    

    8.2.2. Email Verification: Sends an OTP to your registered email.     

    8.2.3. 2FA Google Authenticator: Requires copying a key and scanning a QR code using the Google Authenticator app on a mobile device.

8.3. Withdrawal Requirement: These selected verification options will be requested when performing any withdrawal.
