9. Referral Management

The Referral feature enables users to invite new users to the platform using a unique referral link and earn rewards based on successful referral activity.

9.1. Accessing the Referral Screen Users can access the Referral module from the left-hand navigation menu.

Steps::    

    9.2.1. Log in to the platform..    

    9.2.2. Navigate to Referrals from the sidebar.     

    9.2.3.The Referral dashboard will be displayed.

9.2. Referral Code and Link Generation

A referral link must be generated before it can be shared with others.

9.2.1. Generate Referral Link

    1. On the Referral screen, click “Get Your Referral Link”   

    2. The system generates a unique referral code and referral URL.     

    3. This referral link is generated only once per user.

   

9.2.2. Copy and Share Referral Link

    1. Users can copy the referral code or referral link.  

    2. The link can be shared via email, messaging applications, or social media platforms.  

 

9.3. Referral Signup Flow  

9.3.1. Referral Reward Eligibility 

    1. The signup page opens with the referral code pre-filled.   

    2. The referral code is automatically associated with the referring user.     

    3. The referred user completes the registration process.

9.4. Referral Tracking and Status 

Users can track their referrals from the Referral dashboard.

Displayed Information

    1. Referred User Name

    2. Email Address     

    3. Registration Date

    3. Current Status (Active / Inactive)

9.5. Referral Reward Eligibility 

    1. Referral rewards become applicable only after the referred user completes their first transaction.   

    2. TReward eligibility may vary based on platform activities such as borrowing, exchange, or other usage rules. 

9.6. Referral Summary 

    1. Thhe total number of referrals is displayed on the Referral dashboard.   

    2. All referral activity is logged and visible to the user for tracking and reporting purposes.
