3. Physical Card Application Process

The Physical Card requires extra documentation and includes an extra postal charges fee.

3.1. Select Card Type and Review Charges:

  • Select either Debit type (requires user to recharge before use) or Credit type (does not require initial recharge).
  • Note the extra postal charges fee for sending the card.

3.2. Provide Document Proofs:

  • Physical cards require extra document proofs beyond basic information.
  • Provide the front ID and back ID of the passport (the only document proof accepted).

3.3. Provide Biometric Proofs:

  • Provide a handholding photo (an image of the user along with their passport).
  • Provide a selfie image (for biometric proof).

3.4. Select Receiving or Linking Method:

  • The address is automatically bound if previously provided.
  • Select the stable currency (e.g., USDT).
  • Choose one of the two options:
    • "Please send me a card": The card provider sends the card; the user must subsequently follow the process of card binding (linking the physical card to a bank).
    • "I have card in my hand": The user is linking an existing card. They must provide the member number (from the card, envelope, or postal code). They must also provide a picture of themselves holding the card and passport in hand.

3.5. Submission Time:

  • The application review depends on the provider and usually takes 48 hours.
  • Note: For physical cards, users will not be able to see the card numbers or PIN through the application.
